Cracking stuff, a 3 layered take on an "outbreak" of violence caused by a broadcasted signal. The 3 acts serve not only as 3 parts, and perceptions to the same story through the experiences of 3 different characters, but also as almost 3 different methods to approach the concept, and they're all very well executed. The cast are uniformly interesting and on occasion very, very funny. All in all this is how genre cinema should be approached, with a bit of revernce for what has gone before and the want to try and bring something new to the genre.

For low budget cinema there's an awful lot to enjoy here, and even if you're not into a particular segment it's worth hanging in as there's a chance the next one might have an angle that'll grab you.

The "signal" in question seems to effect characters in a multitude of ways dependent on your desires, paranoias, fears etc, it's a rich chaotic concept ripe for exploration, and I'm ecstatic to hear the filmakers will be planning on following up these first 3 "transmissions" with many more, in the world of the signal.

Looking forward to it.
