Unique and entertaining. A little slow at times, but its disturbingly dark humor more than made up for any lulls. The gore was definitely popping. There was an effective balance of visual grue and offscreen violence.
And the 3-part structure of stories was refreshing. The Signal is one of the more effective independents I've seen in a while.
