Review of The Signal (2007) by Walker D — 27 Jun 2008

This is one strange film especially with the middle act that turns into a dark comedy. It was interesting throughout with a good premise. However, I couldn't get past how much I hated all of the characters.

There wasn't really anyone that was redeemable or any real development of who these people were before it started. Maybe if the husband was presented as a horrible jerk I could see more reasoning behind his wife's infidelity.

When you meet her husband it seems like he's already deranged because of the signal so nothing like that really emerges. Eh, it was alright but I've seen better.
