A gory horror film about a destructive media signal that turns people into violent maniacs. Told in three distinctive parts it starts out as low budget 28 Days Later, switches to Mike Leigh social commentary, and finishes up in George Romero territory.
Inteeligent, creepy and suprisingly well made on a shoestring budget.
