Review of The Signal (2007) by Terri H — 20 Apr 2009
Went into this not really knowing what to expect. It got pretty panned by most critics, which usually means it was good. Horror is tricky like that. In the end, I was very pleasantly surprised. It was pretty damned unique and very well done, in spite of, or maybe because of it's sparse $50,000 budget.
The gore was there when needed, and the humor worked all around. Glad I dug this out and watched it finally.
