Review of The Signal (2007) by Lil Stilly L — 03 May 2010
I like the message of this film but it seemed to lack originality as I noticed it stealing from other apocalyptic films such as 'The Crazies' 'Shaun of the dead' and 'Pontypool'.
It's tone got mixed up as it attempted to be stylish one minute, gritty the next and then comedic the other. Could of been better, however, a good attempt at an apocalypic black comedy horror.
