Review of The Shining (1980) by Bill K — 21 Feb 2014
The movie, unlike the book, is an exhibition mental deterioration in certain environmental circumstances. The story here is stripped from its supernatural charms (almost), but on the other hand we can submerge into a world of depravity and complete destruction of a dysfunctional family that seemed to be glued together like a broken vase.
