One of the scariest films of all time, but not for the supernatural themes that it depicts, but more for the terrifying and self-destructive road toward insanity that it evaluates with Jack Nicholson giving one of the most psychotic, grueling, and demonic performances ever to grace, or stomp, the silver screen.
