Maybe I've been spoiled by faster paced horror movies, but this movie is slow and in my opinion not scary at all. There's a handful of 'scary' moments that you wait forever for, and the rest of the movie might as well have been a silent picture.
I may have died of boredom, but most people enjoy this movie, and it is a classic so give it a try.
