Review of The Shining (1980) by Hung-Ya L — 28 Nov 2014
"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." Although I have not yet seen the original book by Stephen King but I dare to imagine the movie version made by Stanley Kubrick is a brilliant adaptation.
Not only did Jack Nicholson have one of the most terrifying faces and acting, but Stanley Kubrick also had the best shooting skill. Kubrick knew how to bring out our fears through his camera!
