A married couple travel to North Africa. The deeper into the desert, the worse it gets. I struggled with the plot a bit, and thought John Mlkovich's cock was a bit unnecessary, but the menacing soundtrack really added something.
Being a Bertolucci film, the cinematography was exquisite.
