Guillermo del Toro's best film. I see The Shape of Water as an exploration of intersectionality in film. I would like to see more takes on this concept by directors with different backgrounds. I can see why some dudebros don't like this film.
They must only be able to relate with the despicable antagonist who doesn't get the girl, do his job or save the day. He just dies after torturing and threatening everyone ??
