I feel I would like to start with the positives for this movie, the underwater filming was excellent, action and surfing shots too, the aerial views of the sea where also excellent, gorgeous filming locations.

Blake 's athletic performance deserves thumbs up. The screenplay on the other hand, was intelligence insulting like another critic posed it, from the moment we see two completely different film locations, a place that is not Mexico.

A single woman, texting and face timing where in the middle of nowhere, and the list goes on and on and on. Granted is it fiction, but come on, could have been more enlighten. My 15 year old liked it, it is interesting the range of scores, maybe half of them are written by teenagers.
