Review of The Shallows (2016) by Lily T — 20 Jan 2017
Harmless summer thriller. Simple shark attack story set in a remote location. The best stuff is towards the beginning of the whole attack segment which takes up act two and most of three.
The main character isn't too terribly interesting bu there is nothing inherently wrong with the character or the performance, it's just that she's not that compelling.
