Review of The Sessions (2012) by Kyo 9 — 28 May 2013
A polio paraplegic writer gets curious about love and sex and what follows is a pure emotional and utterly embarrassing tale that depicts how his endeavors fared. John Hawkes' performance as Mark O'Brien, the paraplegic writer-poet is truly remarkable.
He is one the best talents that Hollywood has at this moment. William H Macy and Moon Bloodgood are funny. Helen Hunt gave everything (I mean it) for the role Cheryl, the sex therapist.
