Argh! Helen Hunt's winning, melancholy smile duped me into believing that this film wasn't going to be the lazy, masturbatory fantasy of some writer who writes a film in which the star of the show is, um, a writer.
(Solitary Spoiler alert.) Movie ends with a poem. A fucking poem. Fuck.
