The September Issue shows the inner workings of Vogue magazine as the staff put together the september 2007 issue of Vogue. More than just a documentary about the mechanics of fashion shoots or putting together a magazine, and more that just a unprecedent up-close view of Anna Wintour, this is about the relationship of people at work.
The power struggle between Anna and Grace Coddington is the most interesting aspect of the film, with the fashion shoots and the beautiful photographs a wonderful bonus.
