Could have been so much more with the stars in this film, not that im complaining as I love kiefer! both him and douglas put in good performances but just dont seem to gel properly. douglas plays a secret service man named garrision who gets set up, sutherland plays the guy chasing him and trying to get to the truth! watch the fugitive instead!
