Review of The Sentinel (2006) by Finbarr F — 15 Mar 2010
The Film was pretty dull & very boring, but the cast was great (just not Kiefer Sutherland), the movie jus had not good storyline/plot (for me) & just kept going backwards and just went all stupid really, and the director Clark Johnson did a good job in his directing skill but couldn't really help this practical dull film, it's just the film seemed really good by the trailer (but took out all the best bits), while this film was a massive disappointment of a film while the acting was really prefect and the music/sound background was really brilliant crafted for the film.
The acting in the film is very decent by Michael Douglas (Brilliant & Fanatics in the Film), Kiefer Sutherland (as I thought he would be shit & he was so that the end of him, I hate him in other words), Eva Longoria (Fabulous & Sexy in the film), Martin Donovan (was really good), Kim Basinger (which she did perfectly well in this film) & the rest of the unknown cast were good, but somewhat practical, the style, theme & element of the film is pretty good & its genre Crime & Thriller did the film justices, but the Action was pretty dull & practical, while it element was bad and the ending of the film was alright it add up in a silly way, but I can understand way not as many people have seen this film it is kind of Shit.
