Watchable, but overall a big disappointment, especially considering the greatness of the book upon which it was based. I found the kid really quite irritating, and Lovejoy playing Merryman?? hmmmm. Just seemed cheaply, and badly done, like they were just in a rush.
Shame, because had the book been stuck to more closely and faithfully, then it could have had awesome potential.
