Review of The Seeker: The Dark Is Rising (2007) by Rogue S — 23 Feb 2009
Christopher Eccleston really does a superbly chilling role in otherwise bumbling movie, which borrows so much from popoular films that it doesn't have anything to call its own. While it's obviously aimed for children, it doesn't really have anything for the older audiences, be that depth of plot or fascinating characters.
Everything this film does, others have already done it better.
