Review of The Secret of NIMH (1982) by Melissa-Kim S — 25 May 2008

I felt that the plot and storyline were very weak. Thus, I get the impression that this movie is based on a rather complicated book. There were a lot of things that were never explained, and thus felt random.

I enjoyed the overall "dark" theme of the film. The characters moved much like real animals, something you don't usually see in most animation. It's a cute movie with great animation, but there's a lot more going on in the story than you never actually get to see.

Pity.
