I believe the term "Best Movie Ever" can easily apply to The Secret of NIMH. It's a gorgeously animated and wonderfully scripted nightmarish journey through the dark and gloomy world as seen by a shy field mouse.
Certainly a wonderful alternative to the shoddy Disney films of the 80's and 90's.
