Review of The Secret of Kells (2009) by Spencer S — 13 Jan 2011
A cartoon with no agenda, no big corporate budget, no path to solely entertain the audience with adult appreciative jokes and 3D effects. Instead, it was an Irish tale with some impressive graphics. The character of Brendan was the quintessential boy hero, followed by a cat with different colored eyes.
Love over war and friendhip above all else fueled this classic for all ages, abounding in an interesting and original film.
