Review of The Secret Life of Pets (2016) by Ziv E — 07 Aug 2017
The Secret Life Of Pets delivers a fun experience with great humor, heart, animation, acting and a lovable bunny to make up for it's weak story and characters.
This is definitely recommended if you want a good laugh and some bright colors, but It has enough heart and good acting to satisfy viewers who want more.
Not only is it the best Illumination movie, but also the best movie with twerking.
Wanna know where?
There's a twerking dog in the trailer.
Story:8|10.
Visuals:10|10.
Characters:6|10.
Overall:8|10.
Also, before the movie, there would be a short called Minion Mowers and you can tell which franchise it belongs to from the title.
Up until Despicable Me 3, this is the worst thing to ever involve the Minions...
But does that mean it's bad?
Not really.
To it's credit, the animation is pretty decent, some of the jokes are funny and the ending is great as both a joke and a allegory .
But, there are still some flaws.
The rest of the story is dull, the rest of the jokes aren't that funny and the characters are seriously bland.
So, an in-between.
