Review of The Secret Life of Bees (2008) by Izzy J — 10 Jul 2011

The acting was superb and I am astounded that so many people didn't enjoy it. I contrary to some post I beleve it showed the harsh side of things and also the life they led was entertaining (for want of a better word) to watch and the acting was tremendous.

I am full of praise for this film. I cried and laughed at this realistic telling of the hardships of segregation and child abuse especially. I would watch it again and most probably enjoy it immensly.
