Review of The Searchers (1956) by Nicolas A — 06 Apr 2009
One of the best american westerns made, probaly the second best after The Spoilers. Well, John Ford did excellent with the directing, the suspence is great, allot of classic scenes init and a very amazing performance by John Wayne and not even an oscar nominee which he should have had.
He has his usual tough guy character but this one was really tough, amazing movie. A western you should defenitly see !!
