I don't know what movie everyone is watching, but I found this to be a boring, pointless film. John Wayne was good, I guess, but this really didn't do anything for me. The American Film Institute called this the 12th greatest movie of all-time in 2007 and the greatest Western of all-time in 2008.
I have to strongly disagree. "High Noon" is better, "Stagecoach" is better, "Unforgiven" is better. If you're looking for a Western, look elsewhere.
