Devoid of charm, this mediocre and schmaltzy piece of Christmas sentimentality has terrible acting, a terrible script, and no original ideas. Stealing many ideas from films such as Annie (evil orphanage owner, singing orphans), and Miracle on 34th Street ("Your Santa's telling us to shop at different stores! He's amazing!"), The Search for Santa Paws has talking dogs and cute singing orphans galore, but it doesn't mean it's even charming.
