Review of The Science of Sleep (2006) by Alex S — 27 Mar 2011
While a bit difficult to get my mind around, I love the intertwining of dream and reality. Gondry's portrayal of dreams here is probably the most "realistic" I've seen on film. Playful, and full of whimsical fun, as well as engaging and moving in regards to Stephane and Stephanie's relationship.
I really liked the multi-lingual aspect as well.
