Review of The Savages (2007) by Sausages M — 22 Jul 2009
I was expecting a comedy or something witty and all I got was a film that bludgeon's you over the head with the grim aspect of having to care for your eventually dying parents. Yes, our parents, god bless them, will eventually pass on and we will have to care for them in those final moments.
How is that suppose to be seriously funny? It's depressing and that's what this film is. I got it. I understand. The performances were good. That's all I gotta say.
