Very sad movie about a parent having dementia. Very good performances by Laura Linney, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Philip Bosco.
I think because my family has been through something similiar it was easy to relate to some of the reactions from the characters. But, because the characters seemed so detached through most of the movie I couldn't really attach myself to them.
The movie as a whole though shows the saddness of parents/grandparents deteriorating in a pretty truthful way.
