Review of The Sasquatch Gang (2006) by Amanda H — 21 Jun 2011

I caught a few minutes of this on TV recently and ended up renting it because I love Justin Long and Jeremy Sumpter and was really excited to see them in a movie together. Yeah, I shouldn't have bothered.

While this does have the potential of being a great comedy, it just really falls flat. The dialogue is too stupid to be entertaining, and there's nothing particularly likeable about any of the main characters.

I guess if stupid, pointless comedy is your thing this is probably okay, but I can't laugh at something that has zero point and very little plot. I was pretty disappointed in this, because the actors are so much better than what I saw here.
