Better than the first, but not better than the 2nd. This is not as funny as the others, but on the other hand it is much more plot driven. It's like they take the Santa Clause franchise and mixed it with It's a Wonderful Life and Back to the Future part 2.
Still, by no means bad if you can stand this kind of movie.
