Wow, I love how Val Kilmer works in this film. Usually Val Kilmer gives sucky performances, but he pulls this one right out of the ballpark.
This is a great action drama to watch. I thought this was going to be one of those dumb movies of drug addicts, but this one really is good. Great cast, and great foreshadowing.
