I think this is one of my favorite Val Kilmer movies. It is very under appreciated and unknown for the most part, yet it is really really good. It does get a little strange in a few places, but when it is all said and done it makes for a very good and trippy sort of detective movie, although Pooh Bears nose is just gross.
