One of the better movies you never heard of. It starts out as a "Tweaker" movie but surprisingly turns out to be something completely different. Vincent D'Onofrio steals his scenes as a pretty evil redneck.
A lot of great twists keep you guessing. Any movie with a re-creation of the Kennedy Assassination done with pigeons is a must see in my book.
