Salt of the Earth is a documentary that treads upon that knife edge of despair and hope. It takes one to the point of despair for humanity with a haunting beauty that can make a photo enthusiast want to put down a camera because we cannot approach the skills of the master.
And there is the ray of hope from the planet, and the concept that we have have a point of view. Perhaps our gifts are not yet fully revealed.
