Review of The Sacrament (2014) by Richard B — 04 Oct 2014
I thought this little horror film started off slow, but I liked the build up quite a bit, I kind of liked Ti West's first two films, which were more traditionally classic horror films as this is a found-footage new-age horror film.
The acting is pretty solid and I liked Amy Seimetz and Joe Swanberg (he is growing on me as an actor/writer/director and the mubblecore movement). Gene Jones was great as "Father" as well. Overall a fairly entertaining little horror film which I enjoyed.
