Review of The Running Man (1987) by Jim L — 07 Jul 2013
A decent Schwarzenegger movie that kind of just uses him and sci-fi to make an over-the-top action movie. It's a decent one at that. I highly doubt it gets across the same point as the book or it's not strong enough over the action, but what themes are there are very interesting.
Of course, the best part of the movie is Arnie and it's just kind of a vehicle for him. It's a very entertaining one at that.
