Review of The Rundown (2003) by Tanner K — 17 Jul 2009
Entertaining action comedy about a mobsters muscle man (The Rock) heading to the Amazon to collect the mobsters son (Sean William Scott), and becoming involved in the search for an ancient artifact of immense value pitting him between the local guerrillas (led by Rosario Dawson) and an oppressive mine owner (Christopher Walken).
Some cool fights, Walken doing his thing, and good chemistry between The Rock and Scott. Throw in some jungles, amusing banter, and the lovely Dawson and you've got yourself one hell of an entertaining pop corn movie.
