Kids will be satisfied, and parents may be left waning for more, but The Rugrats Movie is pure charm in kids-movie form. Maybe the plot might not be that original, but it does deliver originality when it comes to the baby's point of view.
All the undignified charm of the kids show Rugrats piled into one movie. And the kids are the stars, of course. Better than the rest. Oh, much, much better.
