I have been wanting to see this movie FOREVER and when I finally did I was not disappointed. At all. I didn't know what to expect because I avoided spoilers and synopses at all costs. It was nothing short of great.
The direction, screenplay, acting, soundtrack and just the story overall were spectacular. It seems like it started out as an average story and got twisted into something greater at the hands of Wes Anderson.
It was quirky, hilarious, tragic, beautiful... I could keep going. This just wiggled its way into my top ten favorite movies.
