Presented on Blu-ray by The Criterion Collection, The Royal Tenenbaums might just be Wes Anderson's best film. Featuring an all-star cast, this movie contains all the quirks and dry humor you'd expect from him.
It's a fantastic look into a dysfunctional family, providing an excellent mix of both dramatic and comedic elements. The performance of Gene Hackman is terrific, complimented perfectly by the name-brand cast around him.
This is a marvelous film.
