Review of The Royal Tenenbaums (2001) by Felipe F — 16 Apr 2016
It's simple in story and the cast may be too big for how much it wants to deal with but Wes Anderson's style is what makes the film as touching and as hilarious as it is consistently. Whether it be his Folk song slow-motion, montages or witty one-liners, it really never has a dull moment.
Perhaps too cute compared to some of his weirder and more honest endeavors, a still very memorable film.
