Review of The Royal Tenenbaums (2001) by Landis Anna F — 08 May 2016
Wes Anderson might be my favorite director. Each film he creates is beautifully quirky but also heartfelt and down to earth. The Royal Tenenbaums is no different. Charming and funny, the film is a lovely dysfunctional family tale with heart and humor to spare.
Not much really happens and the pacing is a bit uneven, but for anyone who loves films and loves family really should give it a try. Rating: 82.
