I am a big fan of Vivian Leigh, early 60s style, and Tennessee Williams, so I knew I'd love this movie. Not for mainstream consumption, it's full of symbolism, innuendo and mystery. Although Warren Beatty is very attractive and looks the part of the man for hire, he does seem a bit wooden.
all in all one of my favorite T.W movie adaptations.
