A so so animated film, that tries to do what Disney was doing at the time. Although the concept of doing a "road" movie that involved the legend of El Dorado is interesting, the movie is mostly forgettable.
Forgettable characters and forgettable song by Elton John are slightly saved by nice animation. This movie was golden in style, but fools gold in story.
