Review of The Ritual (2017) by Annbd — 08 Jul 2018
As a fan of non-horror films, I would try my best to review this one. First, impressing choice of music and sounds and combining them with silence. This created great scary scenes, that determine a horror movie.
Second, the dialogues were realistic and that contributed to the emotional and cognitive intensified effect of immersion in film. Plus perfect acting and interesting story with hidden meaning. So I guess The Ritual could be a little bit boring for real horror fans, who have watched a lot.
