As much as this movie talks about water, it certainly doesn't hold any. This is an insult to the first installment. I felt personally attacked after watching this movie. I had to re-watch it several times to make sure it was as bad as it seemed.
I was hoping that I missed something... but no. This movie is just plain bad and a perfect example of how a sequel can put a bad marker on a good film series.
